Service scope
AutoCFO is an assisted financial preparation and analysis tool. Classifications and statements must be reviewed before reliance or external use. Outputs are not an independent audit or legal or tax advice.
Customer instructions
The user confirms lawful authority to upload the data, will minimise personal data, and will not upload identity documents or personal information unnecessary for the analysis.
Processing and confidentiality
Data is processed only to provide and secure the service under customer instructions. Confidentiality, access controls and encryption apply, and subprocessors are used only as necessary.
Artificial intelligence
Data is not sent to an AI provider without consent for the relevant operation. Suggestions may vary and the user remains responsible for approving classifications.
Erasure and recovery
The user can export and erase active data. Backup copies follow the provider lifecycle and applicable legal retention duties.
Governing law
The service is governed by applicable laws of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law where applicable.
